「神様から呼ばれないと辿り着くことができない」と言われている「玉置神社」に行ってきました。
「日本一とも言われる奈良のパワースポット 」、「パワーを感じる人多すぎ 」、「パワーが強すぎて怖い 」などといったことも言われているそうで、何か特別なものを感じますね。現代社会ではカーナビなどの案内で辿り着けないことなどあり得ないことですが、実際に山道の続く道中は険しいので、カーナビの無かった時代に辿り着くには困難だったのではないかと推測できます。
また、本殿より更に奥にある「玉石社」を先にお参りするのが良いとされているのですが、この「玉石社」行くには体力も必要です。行かれる方はそれなりの服装と体力を備えていってくださいね！（今回は玉置山の山頂までチャレンジしました）。
途中、ほとんどの方は眠くなると思います。最後まで居眠りすることなくご覧いただけた方は「神様に招かれた方」に違いありません。

【玉石社】
古代、神武東征以前から熊野磐座信仰の一つとして崇められてきた玉石は、 玉置神社本殿と玉置山（標高1076.4m）頂上中程に鎮座します。社殿がなくご神体の玉石に礼拝する古代の信仰様式を残しています。玉置神社の基となったのが、この玉石社と伝えられ、玉石に宝珠や神宝を 鎮めて祈願したと伝わっています。大峯修験道では、玉石社を聖地と崇め、本殿に先んじて礼拝するのが習わしと なっています。（玉置神社HPより）

In today’s society, it is impossible to reach the temple with the help of a car navigation system, but in reality, the mountain roads are so steep that it must have been difficult to reach the temple in the days when there were no car navigation systems.
In addition, it is said that it is best to visit the Tamaishi Shrine, which is located further in than the main shrine, first, but it requires a lot of physical strength to go there. 【Tamaishi Shrine】
The Tamaishi shrine is located in the middle of the main shrine and the top of Mt.There is no shrine building and the ancient worship style of worshiping the boulder remains.It is said that the Tamaki Shrine was based on this boulder, and that people prayed by placing jewels and sacred treasures on the boulder.In Omine Shugendo, the Tamaishi Shrine is worshipped as a holy place and it is customary to worship it before the main shrine.
